About Second Chance Sober Living House
Discover our mission to provide safe, structured, and supportive transitional housing for individuals on their journey to recovery and reentry.

Our inspiration: A second chance for all
Second Chance Sober Living House was founded on the belief that everyone deserves another opportunity to rebuild their life. We saw too many individuals genuinely wanting to change but lacking the safe, stable environment needed for success. Whether leaving treatment, incarceration, or homelessness, people often face immense challenges without adequate structure or support.
We believe recovery is possible when clear expectations, accountability, and dignity are provided. A setback or past mistakes should never be the end of someone's story. We are committed to helping individuals gain stability, confidence, and life skills, preparing them for independent living, employment, and healthy relationships.

Our core values: Structure, compassion, and real change
At Second Chance Sober Living House, our work is guided by core values that emphasize structure, compassion, and respect. We firmly believe that when these elements are combined, real and lasting change can occur. Our approach fosters an environment where individuals are held accountable, provided unwavering support, and treated with the dignity they deserve.
We are dedicated to helping residents build lasting recovery and embark on new, fulfilling lives. It's about more than just a place to stay; it's about building a foundation for a brighter future.

Empowering lasting sobriety and independence
We empower residents to successfully rebuild their lives and achieve lasting sobriety through comprehensive support and guidance. Our dedicated staff provides oversight, encouragement, and problem-solving assistance, helping residents navigate challenges and stay focused on their goals. We prioritize accountability to recovery and house expectations.
Second Chance emphasizes readiness, encouraging residents to transition out only when they are stable, confident, and fully prepared to maintain sobriety and independence. Our program moves individuals from instability to stability, from early recovery to independence, and from mere survival to a sustainable, sober life in Auburn, Washington.
"Second Chance gave me the tools and support I needed to reclaim my life. They truly live up to their name."
